Shipping
All orders are shipped via courier services. Our courier partners include BoxNow, City Courier for domestic deliveries and DHL for international shipments. Products are shipped to the address provided in your order within 1-3 business days for Attica, 1-4 business days for the rest of Greece, and international delivery times. If an item is no longer available, you will be informed via email or phone by a company representative. Your order will then be processed accordingly based on your preferences.
Possible Additional Charges
Free shipping within Greece for orders of €30.00 or more. For orders up to €29.99, shipping costs €3.00.
BoxNow shipping cost: €2.00 up to 4kg and €5.00 up to 7kg.
Free international shipping for orders of €50.00 or more. For orders up to €49.99, shipping costs €10.00.
Returns
Anana.coffee may replace a product if it is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue. Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer initially.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, a new product will be shipped to you at no extra cost, and all shipping fees (including your initial return cost) will be covered by us.

Incorrect Orders
If a customer places an incorrect order, we recommend contacting us by phone for product replacement.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Returns are not accepted for products that are not part of our regular stock and have been specially ordered for the customer.
Incorrect Shipment by Anana.coffee
If Anana.coffee or its supplier sends the wrong product, please contact us immediately and do not modify or attempt to use the product. Returns will not be accepted if any alterations have been made.
